Welcome to Fellow! This Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Subscriber," "User," "Customer") and Fellow ("we," "our," or "Fellow"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms, including all policies and guidelines referenced herein.
1. Definitions For clarity, the following terms are defined: "Fellow" refers to the prepaid legal service plan to manage and contest traffic tickets, including parking tickets, moving violations, camera violations, and more. "Fellow+" is the basic subscription plan at $9.99 per month, allowing users to submit up to 5 tickets in a 12-month period. "Fellow Premium" is the enhanced subscription plan at $24.99 per month, with unlimited ticket submissions and additional legal services such as EZ Pass violation defense, DUI defense, license reinstatement assistance, and more. "Fellow Family" is a subscription plan at $32.99 per month for up to 5 users within the same household, each with the benefits of the Fellow+ plan. "Ticket Submission Fee" refers to fees applied when submitting a ticket. Moving violations incur a $30 fee each, and camera/parking violations incur a $0.99 processing fee. "Special Legal Services Fee" refers to fees for services like DUI defense or license reinstatement, which are charged at $199 per service. "Vehicle Limit" refers to the number of vehicles a user can associate with their account for each plan: Fellow+: 2 vehicles Fellow Premium: 5 vehicles Fellow Family: 8 vehicles "Service Agreement" refers to the contractual agreement between you and Fellow regarding the use of Fellow's services, including your subscription plan and payment terms.
2. Subscription Plans Fellow offers three subscription plans, each with different benefits and limitations: Fellow+ ($9.99/month): This plan includes up to 5 ticket submissions within a 12-month period. After exceeding the ticket limit, you must wait until the 12-month period resets before submitting additional tickets. Vehicle Limit: 2 vehicles Ticket Submission Fee: $30 per moving violation ticket + applicable tax; $0.99 per camera/parking ticket processing fee. Fellow Premium ($24.99/month): This plan provides unlimited ticket submissions. Additionally, it covers special services such as: EZ Pass violations License reinstatement lawyer services DUI representation and other legal support Vehicle Limit: 5 vehicles Ticket Submission Fee: $30 per moving violation ticket + applicable tax; $0.99 per camera/parking ticket processing fee. Special Legal Services Fee: $199 for services related to DUI defense, license reinstatement, or other legal violations. Fellow Family ($32.99/month): The Fellow Family plan allows up to 5 users, each benefiting from the Fellow+ plan, within the same household. The vehicle limit for this plan is 8 vehicles across all users. Vehicle Limit: 8 vehicles Ticket Submission Fee: $30 per moving violation ticket + applicable tax; $0.99 per camera/parking ticket processing fee. Eligibility: All drivers must reside in the same household to qualify for the Family discount.
3. Ticket Submission Rules To ensure proper processing of your ticket submissions: You must upload your driver’s license and vehicle information to your account before submitting a ticket. Regular users can only submit tickets that are issued after 24 hours of becoming an active subscriber and having uploaded your driver’s license and vehicle details. New users are allowed to submit tickets for violations that occurred prior to their subscription but must upload their driver’s license and vehicle information. If you cancel your subscription during an open ticket case, the lawyer will cease working on the case immediately. If you cancel after a case has been won, you will only be able to submit tickets issued after 24 hours upon reactivating your account.
4. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Fellow’s customer service or managing your subscription through your account. If you cancel your subscription during an open ticket case, the lawyer will cease working on the case, and no further action will be taken. Fellow reserves the right to terminate your account at any time with no notice, though you will receive an email notification. If Fellow terminates your account, you are entitled to no refund for any prepaid amounts.
5. Vehicle and Driver Limits Each subscription plan has a limit on the number of vehicles associated with your account: Fellow+: 2 vehicles maximum Fellow Premium: 5 vehicles maximum Fellow Family: 8 vehicles maximum (across all users) For the Fellow Family plan, all users must reside in the same household. Verification of household status may be required.
6. Fees and Billing Ticket Upload Fees: Moving Violations: $30 per ticket (plus applicable taxes). Camera/Parking Violations: $0.99 per ticket processing fee. Special Legal Services: Services related to DUI defense, license reinstatement, or other legal violations will incur a $199 fee per service, which will be billed separately from the standard ticket fees. Monthly Subscription Fees: Fellow+: $9.99/month Fellow Premium: $24.99/month Fellow Family: $32.99/month Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, and charges will be automatically applied based on the subscription plan selected. Refunds: All payments for the service are non-refundable. Service cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Taxes: Applicable taxes may be added to ticket submission fees, based on your location.
7. Service Limitations and Exclusions Fellow services do not guarantee ticket dismissal or success in legal defense. We will make every reasonable effort to assist with managing and contesting tickets, but the outcome is not guaranteed. This service is not a law firm or legal representative and does not provide representation in court unless specified.
8. Privacy and Data Use Your use of Fellow is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. https://www.hellofellow.com/more/privacy
9. Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Changes to Terms of Service Fellow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or posted on our website.

Glossary of Terms Account: The personal profile you create with Fellow, containing your information, driver’s license, and vehicle details. Active Subscriber: A user who has an active, paid subscription with Fellow and has uploaded the necessary identification and vehicle details. Ticket: A traffic citation issued for violations such as speeding, parking, red-light, or toll offenses, among others. Ticket Submission: The act of uploading a ticket to your Fellow account for review and management. Legal Services: The professional services provided by licensed attorneys retained by Fellow for handling legal matters such as DUI defense, license reinstatement, and similar issues. Special Legal Services: Legal services outside of basic ticket management, which may involve a higher fee (e.g., DUI defense, license reinstatement). Subscription Plan: The monthly service package you subscribe to (Fellow+, Fellow Premium, or Fellow Family) that dictates the benefits and limits of your Fellow service. Cancellation: The process by which you terminate your subscription, which may include cessation of legal representation if active tickets exist at the time of cancellation.
