1. Who We Are Fellow is a prepaid legal service plan, not a law firm. We provide administrative and customer support services to help our members manage traffic-related legal matters. Legal services are provided by independent attorneys from third-party law firms who have been retained to assist members under the scope of their prepaid plan. These attorneys are solely responsible for providing any legal advice or representation.

4. Disclosure of Your Information Fellow does not sell your personal information. We may share it with the following parties under limited circumstances: a. Legal Professionals To provide the services covered under your plan, we may share your information with independent attorneys or law firms contracted to represent you. These attorneys are not employees of Fellow and operate under professional obligations, including client confidentiality. b. Service Providers We use third-party vendors to support our operations: Payment processors Document storage (e.g., AWS) Customer support tools Analytics and error tracking services Email and SMS platforms All vendors are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only as necessary to provide services to Fellow. c. Government or Legal Requests We may disclose your information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes, or to enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights or the safety of others, or comply with legal obligations.
